Message	At least from what I understand. 1. Fill out an app and get a medical exam. That will get you a novice license. 2. Attend 2 novice classes and that will allow you to race in regionals. 3. Race in 2 regionals and you get your regional license. 4. Race in 4 regionals and you get your national license. Of course you have to have the car and the equipment first.
